Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will report directly into a Product Owner (Product CEO). You'll own product initiatives end-to-end from discovery and solutioning to delivery and adoption while collaborating with Tech Leads, UI/UX, and QA. You will also mentor APMs and enforce process discipline across initiatives. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment where delivery pressure is high, but learning is even higher.

What You'll Drive

Vision & Strategy

Translate the Product Owner's vision into actionable roadmaps.

Align product initiatives with Aerchain's enterprise and US expansion goals.

Problem Discovery & Solutioning

Lead structured discovery: customer interviews, data analysis, competitive research.

Write detailed PRDs with user flows, adoption plans, and expected outcomes.

Collaborate early with Tech Leads on scalability and architecture.

Execution & Delivery

Own the cycle: PRD design dev QA release.

Ensure milestone-level QA and enforce a Bug Zero culture.

Balance delivery speed with process discipline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work horizontally with Tech Leads, UI/UX, and QA to deliver features.

Partner with Customer Success to capture adoption insights and case studies.

Collaborate with Marketing on PLG strategies and release positioning.

Mentorship & Process Discipline

Mentor APMs on documentation, solutioning, and adoption practices.

Ensure processes (documentation, QA handover, release notes) are followed rigorously.

Enterprise Readiness

Ensure all features are documented, trained, and adopted correctly by business teams.

Build for scalability, performance, and enterprise-grade compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor adoption and refine roadmaps based on insights.

Drive AI-first practices in both product and process.
