About the Role

We are looking for a Data Product Manager who can translate business problems into scalable

data products. The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, experience building data-led

features/solutions, and the ability to work closely with engineering, analytics, and business

teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products and analytics solutions.

Identify business problems and convert them into data product opportunities.

Prioritize features based on business impact and user needs.

2. Product Development & Execution

Work closely with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to design, build, and

deliver data-driven products such as dashboards, recommendation systems, data

pipelines, and automation workflows.

Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and ensure end-to-end execution.

Manage product lifecycle from discovery to launch and adoption.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with editorial, product, sales, and BI teams to gather requirements and translate

them into data specifications.

Serve as the point of contact between business and data teams for product

enhancements and troubleshooting.

4. Data Governance & Quality

Ensure high data quality, consistency, and accuracy across products.

Work with engineering to establish data validation, monitoring, and governance standards.

5. Insights & Adoption

Track product usage, performance, and ROI.

Communicate insights and product updates to stakeholders.

Drive adoption of data tools across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Product Management / Data Analytics / BI / Data Engineering.

Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and data pipelines.

Experience working with SQL, dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), and data tools.

Ability to write structured problem statements and product requirements.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital media, adtech, content platforms, or tech product companies.

Exposure to scalable data automation and workflow design.

Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimentation.
