Product Manager(Acquisition/Conversion/AdTech)

Job requirements:

1️ Product Manager – User Growth

You should have:

• 3–6 years of PM experience in consumer or content-led products
• Strong understanding of SEO, funnels and conversion optimization
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experimentation experience
• Experience working with content or editorial teams is a plus

2️ Product Manager – Adtech & Monetization

You should have:

• 3–6 years of PM experience with adtech or monetization products
• Strong understanding of ad servers, programmatic, targeting and yield metrics
• Experience balancing revenue goals with user experience
• Data-driven approach to pricing, fill rate and performance optimization

3Product Manager—Conversion: This role sits at the intersection of content, user experience and commerce, with a clear focus on turning high-intent traffic into qualified leads and customers for the Spinny ecosystem

You should have:

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer internet, marketplaces, media or AdTech.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior and growth metrics.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks and analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with SEO-driven platforms or content-heavy products is a plus.
