About Team
Myntra's product management team builds technology products that empower our customers shopping experiences and enables the smooth flow of products from suppliers to our customers doorsteps. We work on areas such as building massive-scale internet-applications, engaging user-interfaces, big-data analytics, mobile apps, workflow systems, inventory-management etc. Using technology & design every employee has the power to have an incredible impact in the life of Indian consumers. Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for reducing size-related returns.
- Collaborate strategically with the engineering, business, and data science teams to ensure the successful delivery of the product outcome.
- Own and drive platform-level size recommendation strategy, collaborating with data science teams to continually enhance accuracy.
- Develop solutions to understand and improve warehouse operations, specifically by enabling physical audits to accurately identify and resolve discrepancies in the size chart.
- Centrally manage size and fit returns, collaborating across various teams to achieve target outcomes.
- Should be able to effectively collaborate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong first-principles product thinking and a solid understanding of technology to adeptly identify and leverage high-impact GenAI use cases within the scope of the charter.
Desired Skills And Requirements
- Total experience at least 5+ years.
- 3-6 years of product management experience ideally for consumer web products or ecommerce.
- BE from premier schools. MBA a plus.
- Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders. Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive Product roadmap
- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through a complete technology product lifecycle.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders with influence & credibility.
- Have business and tech savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends.
- Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development, with extensive user research.
- Product Design experience is a definite plus.
