Product Manager 3 - SCM Outbound

Product Team - SCM Outbound
The Myntra Supply Chain logistics team is instrumental in driving end to end forward and reverse logistics and corresponding last mile experience. This is achieved by developing structural solutions from scratch, focusing on various areas including planning, logistics design, customer experience and profitability . The team collaborates closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations & business to shape our product so as to cater to hundreds of millions of Indians. As part of this world-class supply chain team, you will gain exposure to the rapidly changing supply chain needs in the e-commerce domain.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for our customers, partners, and users.
You will contribute to Myntra's position as India's premier fashion and lifestyle marketplace. You will be responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and leading the product charter for your designated area.
Furthermore, you will own and drive long-term roadmaps that strike a balance between user needs, our business objectives, and competitor analysis.
You will prioritize key features and collaborate closely with engineering to implement them effectively.
Daily, you will engage with research, analytics, UX, data science, engineering, business, and third-party teams. You will coordinate extensively with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress, given the multitude of projects and teams involved. Additionally, you will establish metrics and targets that are congruent with the company's overall objectives.
Experience
Desired Skills And Requirements
- 4+ years of total experience, with 2-4 years in product management (preferably for consumer web products or e-commerce).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a top-tier school; MBA preferred.
- Data Skills: Ability to work with extensive data and leverage analytics for business decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering and Business teams to drive the product roadmap.
- Organization & Prioritization: Strong organizational, management, and prioritization skills.
- Prior experience working with engineering through a complete technology product lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build partnerships and credibility with stakeholders.
- Business & Tech Acumen: Business and tech-savvy with demonstrated thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends.
- Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to think strategically and innovatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Product Documentation: Ability to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development, with extensive user research.
