Seeking a Product Manager to co-lead Critical Care feature development, drive end-to-end modernization, and contribute to medical device compliance across the Critical Care product suite. You will partner with engineering, UX/UI, AI/ML, product marketing, sales, support and key clinical stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize customer needs, and deliver an industry-leading roadmap of scalable features that increase clinician adoption and satisfaction. Your work will directly shape Oracle's next-generation critical care portfolio while supporting safe, compliant delivery across global deployments.
Product Analysis - Market Analysis:Evaluate business value, feasibility, and user needs while partnering with internal/external stakeholders and engaging customers/partners to analyze market and competitive trends, and understand regulatory requirements, to identify feature opportunities that align to Oracle strategy.
Product Ownership - User Experience:Partner with UX/UI experts to reimagine and modernize critical care workflows and features, improving usability, accessibility, and workflow simplicity to ensure solutions meet the needs of busy clinicians.
Product Ownership - Product Development and Road mapping:Manage the product lifecycle from planning through release by co-owning and prioritizing roadmaps for multiple features, writing detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), defining function and non-functional requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, mitigating risks, and using metrics (SRs, bugs, feedback) to optimize outcomes and effectively guide engineering, UX, and AI/ML teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Product Ownership - Product Leadership and Influence:Collaborate with the team to drive new feature development using agile and continuous-delivery methodology, to optimize customer experience and business alignment
Alignment and Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain organizational alignment, translate real-world clinician feedback into actionable design and product development plans, address stakeholder pushback with data, work with senior team members, track success metrics across products/features, and contribute to user testing parameters and iteration decisions.
Data-Driven & Intelligent Automation:Collaborate with AI/ML and analytics teams to thoughtfully embed intelligent features, predictive models, and decision-support tools to boost safety and efficiency, without compromising the core user experience.
Customer-Centricity: Advocate for the customer across the product lifecycle by gathering feedback, aligning capabilities to customer goals, capturing requirements for new features/designs, engaging customers during implementations, and coordinating prioritization/escalation of customer issues to protect quality and satisfaction.
Product Release - Go-to-Market:Support go-to-market readiness by collaborating on release overviews, field presentations, and demos recruiting and supporting early adopters contributing to user documentation tracking adoption metrics and behavior trends and presenting product demos to internal and external audiences.
