What you will do

We are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the Product and Publishing Head and help the team manage the day-to-day responsibilities of Product and Publishing. You will sit at the intersection of games, data, and business - evaluating new titles coming into our publishing pipeline, shaping the roadmap for our portfolio games, and using analytics to drive product decisions.

This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure to how a global mobile games publishing business is run.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Publishing pipeline management: evaluate submissions, coordinate with partner studios, run initial assessments, and keep the pipeline moving from scouting through to signing and soft launch.
• Portfolio roadmapping: Work with internal teams and partner studios to build and maintain roadmaps for portfolio games, prioritizing features, content updates, and live-ops initiatives based on data and business goals.
• Feature design & analysis: Design new features for portfolio titles, define success metrics, and analyze post-launch performance to iterate and improve.
• Funnel analysis & RCA: Conduct funnel analysis across the player lifecycle (acquisition, retention, monetization and engagement), and drive root cause analysis (RCA) when metrics move unexpectedly - identifying the why and recommending fixes.
• Day-to-day product operations: Support the Product and Publishing Head in tracking KPIs, preparing reviews, coordinating across design, engineering, marketing, and partner studios.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in product management, ideally in gaming, consumer apps, or a data-heavy product environment.
• Strong with numbers and analytics - comfortable digging into data independently and able to perform analysis in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, cohort views, funnel breakdowns).
• A genuine passion for games - you love playing new titles, understand what makes them fun, and stay on top of what's trending in mobile gaming.
• Hungry to learn - you are curious, proactive, and eager to grow fast in a high-ownership environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and with external studio partners.
• Willingness to work from our Bangalore office at 80% capacity (with 20% remote flexibility based on business needs).
