Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and enhance our Group Loan (GL) products, drive business process improvements, and support strategic initiatives across the Group Loan business.
  • The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, strengthen portfolio performance, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance existing Group Loan (GL) products and identify opportunities to improve business and operational processes.
  • Drive business process re-engineering initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Operational Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory compliance across Group Loan products.
  • Collaborate with Credit and Collections teams to maintain a healthy Group Loan portfolio.
  • Design and implement Variable Pay and Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to improve business and collection performance.
  • Publish regular business performance reports, MIS, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS to business stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, progress reports, and management updates for senior leadership.
  • Monitor business performance, staff productivity, and portfolio health.
  • Support business teams by providing eligibility lists, business MIS, and operational insights.
  • Monitor and enhance digital platforms and lending processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Expand pre-approved loan sourcing initiatives and provide implementation support.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including e-sign journeys, mobile-based loan sourcing, loan-on-phone, and contactless lending processes.
  • Design and implement new products and process improvements based on customer and field feedback.
  • Drive initiatives to improve collection efficiency across branches.
  • Conduct branch and customer visits to understand field requirements and recommend process enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree / MBA or equivalent

Experience :

  • 5-9 Yrs. Relevant experience in product management, Microbanking, credit, business or portfolio management.
  • Strong knowledge of lending operations, product management, portfolio monitoring, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, MIS, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
