Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich loyalty data assets and in-house technology and data to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Focused on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting for loyalty and marketing, test-and-learn business experimentation, and analytics product development. While specializing in the Loyalty industry, Global Loyalty Products team also works with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.

  • As a Specialist, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to client engagements across the regions and types of projects, such as consulting services, test & learn, value story and impact analysis, or building scalable advanced analytics solutions for Loyalty Product clients.

  • Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate or master's degree with 3- 6 years of experience in a data-driven consulting/analytics organization
  • Strong SQL, Very Good Visualization Skills (Preferably tableau) And Python
  • Data modelling, Window functions, pivots, SQL Server, Queries/Jobs, SQL present multiple times. Automation/ Pandas, Analytics
  • Strong Expertise on one or more data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Experience with campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development, machine learning models for segmentation, forecasting, regression etc. preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges
  • Exposure specifically in payments / retail banking / eCommerce / BFSI merchants / Loyalty / Marketing preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing in English and the local office language
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics skills.
