Position Summary: We are looking for aProduct Management Managerto join ourPayersolutionsteam withinInteroperability Zone in Chennai, where we are working tobuild products thatfacilitateseamless data exchange and collaboration between payer and provider organizations. This is an essential role that gives you the opportunity to driveand executethe product roadmap and execution ofourValue Based Carestrategy.You will do so in an exciting environment driven by a desire to enable more efficient and effective healthcare.

The Opportunity:Payer interoperability is foundational to reducing administrative burden and improving healthcare efficiency. In this role, you will help build and evolve a payer interoperability workspace that supports:

  • Payer onboarding and integration readiness

  • Electronic prior authorization (ePA) workflows

  • Standards-based data exchange between payer and provider systems

  • Tooling that enables operational scale, visibility, and exception handling

This position will work daily within scrum teams definingfeatures,epics, prioritizing product backlogs, and making trade off decisions between scope and schedule.

  • You are an outcome-oriented Product Manager with experience inUShealthcareIT interoperability space
  • You have experience collaborating withclients, businessteamand internal teams as stakeholders
  • You havedemonstratedsuccess atbuilding a long-term roadmap anddriving results in a fast-paced environmentwhereyou mustmanagecompeting priorities
  • You have experience working with colleagues to broaden or narrow the scope of a problemtoenable action and create manageable efforts
  • You havedemonstratedthe ability to propose the mostappropriate approachfor the need at hand, and you can quickly pivot if this approach fails
  • You see the value in proactively making recommendations for ongoing support and enhancements (updates, self-service)
  • You are interested in industry developments and trends, such as the data interoperability implications of the 21st Century Cures Act,CMS Regulations,HL7 FHIRstandardsand so on.
  • Prior experience working with or for a healthcare payer
  • Experience with electronic prior authorization (ePA), Risk Adjustments or Quality Reporting is aBigplus
  • Awareness of and hands-on experience with AI-Driven Development (ADD)
  • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled capabilities in regulated environments

Job Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in customer, technology, and regulatory requirementsrelated to healthcare data ingestion and transformation for a range ofVBCuse cases
  • Contribute to a product vision, develop business cases, ensure a product (or set of product features) meets business requirements, and drive the creation and delivery of the product
  • DefineFeatures,epicsand user stories- clearly articulating business requirements for the problemswe'retrying to solve, including UXand supportrequirements with a strong focus on outcomes
  • Drive ongoing backlog allocations and prioritization of opportunities
  • Foster an API-first mentality and execution approach across our organization

Typical Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of product management or engineering experience
  • Experience working with stakeholders in a business environment across cross-functional groups
  • Understanding product management best practices, including agile development environments
  • Experience in Healthcare integration standards - FHIR, HL7 CCD is ideal
  • Ability to understand and engageonhighly technical details of a problem - you should be able to hold your own as a technical SME with architects and engineering stakeholders.
  • Ability touse data and numbersfor crucial decision making
