We're looking for a Product Management Intern who is eager to learn how products are built and scaled. You'll work directly with experienced Product Managers on two strategic product areas:
- Enterprise HRMS
- E-commerce Fulfillment Platform
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the complete product development lifecycle, from problem discovery to product launch.
What You'll Do
- Support Product Managers in requirement gathering and product discovery.
- Prepare PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Conduct user interviews and competitor research.
- Analyze product usage data and identify actionable insights.
- Create wireframes and process flows.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, HR, Operations, and Business teams during feature development.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews.
- Help define and track product metrics.
- Test new features before release and support product launches.

- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student, or a recent graduate.
- Strong interest in Product Management and technology.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.
- Curious mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Product Management concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excel or Google Sheets.
- Figma, Whimsical, or similar wireframing tools.
- Jira and Confluence.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship in Product, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Technology.
- Experience building side projects, hackathons, or case competitions.
- Exposure to SaaS, HR Tech, or E-commerce products.
