About the Product Team and the Role

This is your opportunity to be a part of a team that is building the world's most advanced AI-enabled clinical and workflow assistant for fetal imaging. The Product Team leads the entire product life cycle, all the way from the inception of an idea, formulating the product strategy, laying the foundation to design and build, validating at various stages, and finally launching the product.

As a member of the Product Team, you will have the opportunity to work along the entire journey of a product. Customers buy and use products because the products address their needs, thereby your role as analyst would provide you the opportunity to oversee and ensure we build a product that is highly impactful, valuable and something that customers will quickly adopt. In order to do this, you will work on aspects such as product strategy and management of product development and deployment operations. You are empowered to make important contributions in ensuring we build a highly impactful product.

What will you do

Product strategy:

• Stakeholder analysis: Understand the various stakeholders and liaise with our clinical consultants to build a product that users want to use.
• Gap analysis: Understand current stakeholder practices and the unmet needs.
• Market analysis: Research on the healthtech market, AI-healthcare products, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engagement, product positioning, and go-to-market.
• Product Ideation and Design: Collaborate with users to understand current challenges and requirements. Ideating with product designers on features, wire framing, and drafting initial concept designs and validating designs with end users, ultimately to build products that can create a great user experience.

Product Management:

• Requirement gathering: Understanding the needs and requirements of external stakeholders, such as clinicians, and effectively articulating this to the development team.
• Timeline management: Monitor development activities and ensure we are on the planned roadmap.
• Testing: Be an integral part of various testing phases of the product. Define and monitor success metrics for testing performed.
• Deployment: Involved in various phases of product deployment, including but not limited to strategy, operations, stakeholder management and communication.

Who are we looking for

• Product management, product strategy, product development and deployment, and applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare.

• Ability to understand technical aspects of healthcare products, medical devices, and AI technology.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with working knowledge of Figma preferred.

Advanced education in Product Management (Master's degree preferred) is a plus.

Prior experience of 01 years in a relevant role would be an added advantage.
