We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to building impactful products that make learning and hiring more efficient.

What You'll Do

Assist in defining product requirements and documentation

Conduct market and competitor research

Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams

Track product progress, feedback, and performance metrics

Participate in brainstorming and feature planning sessions

Help prioritize product features based on business and user needs

Compensation Structure

Internship is performance-evaluated, with strong potential for conversion to a full-time role

Experience-based learning with direct mentorship from product leads

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical and communication skills

Interest in user-centric product development

Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Figma, or Jira is a plus
