Role Overview
Ctruh is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support the product team in building innovative, user-centric technology solutions. This role provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from problem discovery and market research to feature development and product launch.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business, gaining real-world experience in product strategy, execution, and user experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and passionate about creating impactful digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Research
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Gather and synthesize user needs through feedback and data insights.
Analyze product performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in identifying new product opportunities and enhancements.
Support the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into actionable features.
Assist in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Ensure clarity in feature scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
- UX & Design Collaboration
Create and iterate user flows, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes (Figma preferred).
Identify UX friction points and recommend data-driven improvements.
Ensure consistency in interaction states, edge cases, and microcopy.
Work closely with designers to enhance overall user experience.
Track the product roadmap and monitor progress against timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and dependencies.
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Assist in ensuring timely and high-quality feature releases.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
Test product builds and document bugs or usability issues.
Validate bug fixes and ensure readiness for release.
Audit edge cases, empty states, and error scenarios to enhance product reliability.
Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain quality standards.
- Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including PRDs, release notes, and user guides.
Prepare reports on product performance, user insights, and key learnings.
Ensure feedback loops are effectively incorporated into the product roadmap.
Support knowledge sharing across teams.
What Were Looking For
- Must-Have Skills & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/post-graduation in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
Strong interest in product management and technology.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Basic understanding of product management concepts such as PRDs, user stories, metrics, and QA.
Familiarity with Figma and user flow design.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Exposure to tools like Notion, Jira, Linear, or Trello.
Experience with consumer apps, edtech, or social platforms.
Basic understanding of analytics and technology stacks.
A portfolio showcasing projects, case studies, or product teardowns.
Prior internship or academic experience in product-related roles.
