Product Management Associates!
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of the product vision and roadmap, with a focus on Xstore POS and Oracle-based applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements and prioritize feature development
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the retail technology space
- Represent the end-user perspective by driving usability testing and collecting actionable feedback
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training resources
- Analyze product performance metrics and user insights to guide product improvements and decision-making
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams and end-users to ensure effective product adoption
Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Interest in technology with a solid understanding of retail operations and workflows
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello (preferred)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and processes (preferred)
