We're hiring Associates - Product Management!
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in defining and executing the product vision and roadmap, with a focus on Xstore POS and Oracle-based applications
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the retail tech space
- Champion the end-user perspective through usability testing and feedback collection
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials
- Track and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvements and informed decision-making
- Support internal teams and end-users with training and ongoing product support to ensure smooth adoption
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Interest in technology and a basic understanding of retail operations/workflows
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with product management tools like JIRA or Trello (preferred)
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (preferred)
