This position will be responsible for supporting launches revision of offerings, as well as analysis of offering performance. In this role you will partner with offering management and sales organizations to improve Key Performance indicators. Our mission is to support the launch and enablement of offerings with insights, feedback, training, programs, support, and tools to succeed and reach growth targets. This position will support our internal offering management team and work across many cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and sales enablement teams. Our focus is to build initiatives to increase the performance of our Services.

The Offering Performance Manager will be responsible for analyzing offer performance, building, and creating /executing worldwide strategies, focused on defining actions to improve offering and sales performance. Additionally, they are responsible for providing input on offering content, pricing, and operational delivery for both new offering development and sustaining. This position is an offering subject matter expert (SME) that will be asked to provide offering analysis and input into various activities such as training and sales support.

Responsibilities Include

  • Leverage offering insights data to analyze offering performance to understand key performance drivers and gaps including, but not limited to, offering content, offer effectiveness competitiveness, pricing, merchandising, training, marketing, sales programs, and operations
  • Support the launch and enablement of offerings with insights, feedback, training, programs, support, and tools to succeed and reach growth targets
  • Partner with offering management to ensure that offering are meeting performance targets post-launch
  • Participates in relevant global Business Reviews, identify obstacles and collect feedback about offerings
  • Collaborate with Offering Performance Insights to include offering feedback in business updates
  • Provide strategic insights to key GEO stakeholders create plans to drive offering growth
  • Create annual quarterly plans to drive offering sales
  • Collaborate with teams including offering development, marketing, and sales teams to drive services requirements into projects
  • Support offering, marketing, enablement, and global process owners on existing projects
  • Provide regular reviews of performance action plans; lead offering line reviews as needed to stakeholders the executive team
  • Ensure processes tools are in place to reach targets
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive execution and best practices sharing
  • Assist in the definition of new sales motions, pricing/costing, marketing materials launch plans for any new launches in their offering(s).

Experience Required

  • 7+ years experience in Business Analysis, Offering Performance Management, Sales support
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
  • Experience working with sales, sales enablement, and Offering development
  • Experience working with global teams across cultural and time differences
  • Experience building improvement strategies analyzing data to find business opportunities
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, decision-making skills
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with Senior Leadership Teams
  • Experience understanding complex process and tool dependencies for success
  • Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of organizations
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
