Product Lead

At Zeapl.AI, we are building an enterprise engagement platform that helps businesses engage and interact with their customers, channel partners and ecosystem through technology, automation, data and AI.

We are looking for a Product Lead who can help shape what Zeapl becomes over the next few years.

This role is based out of our Pune office and is an in-office opportunity, offering the chance to work closely with the leadership, Product and Engineering teams as we shape the next phase of Zeapl's product journey.

This is not just a roadmap management role. We are looking for someone who can think at two levels simultaneously — where the product should be 2 years from now and what we need to build next.

You will own the overall product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and product outcomes, working closely with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Operations and Customer teams.

What You'll Own

• Define and drive Zeapl.ai's product vision and strategy.

• Own the product roadmap, prioritisation and product investment decisions.

• Identify product opportunities that can create growth, differentiation and long-term defensibility.

• Build clear business cases for major product initiatives — including the opportunity, customer need, investment required and expected impact.

• Translate customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence and product data into actionable product strategy.

• Establish a disciplined prioritisation framework so that teams remain focused on the highest-impact problems.

• Partner closely with Engineering to translate product strategy into scalable, configurable and commercially viable technology solutions.

• Ensure Zeapl evolves as an integrated product ecosystem, rather than a collection of disconnected features.

• Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer and Operations teams to identify recurring customer needs that should become product capabilities.

• Define meaningful product and business metrics and ensure major initiatives have measurable outcomes.

• Build a culture of customer understanding, experimentation, data-driven decisions and measurable impact.

• Mentor the existing team and help build the Product organisation as Zeapl scales.

You'll probably be a strong fit if you have:

• 8–12 years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology, platforms or high-growth startups.

• Independently owned a meaningful product, platform or product line.

• Strong business and commercial understanding — you can connect product decisions with revenue, adoption, retention, scalability and customer value.

• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise under constraints and make difficult product choices.

• Good understanding of SaaS metrics, platform thinking and product-led growth principles.

• Comfort working with data and making decisions even when information is incomplete.

• Ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions and business teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• A high degree of ownership with a strong bias towards execution.

• Experience taking products from 0→1 or scaling them from 1→10 will be particularly valuable.
