A market leader in financial solutions for global markets is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Analyst / Product Owner with strong Corporate Actions and Asset Servicing expertise to support the development and evolution of its corporate actions product suite.

The successful candidate will act as a key link between clients, operations, technology, and internal product teams to define and deliver product capabilities that meet market, regulatory, and client needs. Using strong domain knowledge, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills, the candidate will help shape the product roadmap, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with market practice and operational workflows.

The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to identify product enhancements, support new feature delivery, and ensure successful adoption of releases. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, performing impact analysis, validating solutions, supporting UAT, and contributing to product strategy and release readiness.

Key job functions include collaboration with development, QA, operations, implementation, and client delivery teams to support product definition, delivery, and knowledge transfer in line with product governance and change management standards.
