Job Description

  • Lead the development of innovative products and processes in the small domestic appliances sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new manufacturing technologies
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee the testing and prototyping of new designs to ensure quality and feasibility
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into company operations
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on innovation projects
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all processes and products
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Innovation Manager should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes
  • Proven experience in the metal industry, specifically in consumer appliances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process evaluation and improvement
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on implementing innovative solutions
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
