Job Description - Product Implementation Engineer
Location: Karnataka (Travel across districts)

About The Role
We are looking for a Product Implementation Engineer who can understand our SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise workflows in depth and ensure smooth end-to-end implementation for clients across Karnataka.
This role combines technical understanding, on-ground execution, client coordination, configuration, problem-solving, and user training. If you enjoy taking ownership, learning new systems, interacting with clients, and driving successful product rollouts, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Understanding & Configuration
Develop a strong understanding of product modules, architecture, and user flows
Configure products based on client-specific business rules
Customize workflows, fields, settings, and permissions
Coordinate with the tech team to report implementation gaps or improvement needs
- Client Implementation & Rollout
Manage the complete implementation cycle from onboarding to go-live
Conduct requirement mapping sessions and translate them into product configurations
Assist with API setups, data migration, and system integrations
Lead UAT sessions and resolve issues raised during testing
- Client Communication & Training
Explain product features clearly to non-technical users
Train client teams (admins, operators, managers) in
Kannada and English
Prepare demo videos, presentations, and user guides when required
- Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose product issues using dashboards, logs, and admin tools
Work with engineering teams to resolve bugs and deployment concerns
Provide post-go-live support until the system stabilizes
- Travel & On-Ground Coordination
Travel across Karnataka for deployments (approx. 10-12 days per month)
Coordinate with client stakeholders for data gathering and onboarding
Build strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
Required Skills
Technical Skills (Basics acceptable; strong logic preferred)
Understanding of SaaS products, admin consoles, and workflows
Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and integrations (preferred)
Ability to interpret business logic and convert it into configurations
SQL or Excel knowledge is an added advantage
Soft Skills
Excellent communication in
Kannada + English
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability
Client-handling and expectation management
Fast learner with a sense of ownership
Good documentation and organizational skills
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Freshers welcome if they demonstrate strong learning capability
Experience in product onboarding, implementation, support, or pre-sales is a bonus
