Job Title: Product Head - Secured Direct
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Head for our Secured Direct division. This role will lead the development and execution of product strategies for our secured lending products, driving innovation and growth in this critical area of our business.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies for secured lending products, aligning with overall company goals and market trends
- Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and technology to deliver exceptional product experiences
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring successful delivery and ongoing optimization
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success
- Present product strategies and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting secured lending products
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and launching successful financial products, particularly in secured lending
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including regulations and market dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
