Job Description
Reporting to the Group Head this person will be responsible for
- Building Technology Strategy Roadmap
- Managing new product development and product lifecycle
- Participating in critical customer interactions, discussions, and presentations for technical reviews and design issues
- Working with the teams to address all technical challenges/issues; ensuring the team is aligned with changes in customer requirements
- Working with teams, deliberating and discussing to distill ideas received and approve for active development post technical and commercial feasibility
The Successful Applicant
An ideal candidate is an engineer with 15+ years of experience in developing robust product roadmaps for the 2-wheeler lighting business in the automotive industry. They should have worked on system design and system engineering. They should have led projects and managed customer interaction extensively. They should have worked on new product design as well as development. They should have clear and concise communication skills and external stakeholder management expertise.
