- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the marketing and sales teams.
- Evaluate and track the implementation of industry best practices, new technologies, and process improvements.
- Ensure product designs meet compliance and industry standards.
5) Financial & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and report on revenue generated through successful conversions in the CRM sales funnel.
- Track financial contribution and sales performance to align with business goals.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and track spending on engineering resources.
- Evaluate the quality of code reviews and incorporate feedback into the development process.
