Job Title: Product Head AI, Robotics & Digital Learning

Location: Mumbai, Cuffe Parade

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Head to lead AI, Robotics, Coding, and

Digital Learning initiatives. The role involves product strategy, curriculum development, teacher

training, LMS management, and innovation leadership for K12 education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI, Robotics, and Digital Learning product development

Design and manage teacher training programs and performance reviews

Oversee syllabus design, curriculum structure, and academic content

Manage and improve the company Learning Management System (LMS)

Work on hands-on coding and Arduino-based projects

Conduct research for new projects, kits, and innovations

Coordinate with product, content, design, and operations teams

Lead product meetings, demos, and academic reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

Strong knowledge of Arduino, Coding (Scratch/Python/C++), and AI basics

Ability to manage teams, trainers, and academic operations

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience

17 years of experience in EdTech, AI/Robotics education, or product leadership roles
