Role: Product Growth Manager Location: Bangalore What are we looking for We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to accelerate the growth of our product by identifying opportunities across the user journey, designing experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of product development, and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiative Key Responsibilities & Required Skills: Traffic and Engagement: Reach and Engagement Growth: Ideate and drive campaigns, events, activities to maximize reach and engagement on the platform and pages. Innovation: Suggest new features and product innovations based on an understanding of consumer to increase engagement Merchandising: Oversee complete merchandising on the app and website for the vertical. Understanding Funnel: Funnel Metrics Optimization: Monitor key funnel metrics, including CTR, reach, and conversion rate. Funnel Monitoring: Monitor the customer funnel and identify new growth levers, applying them strategically. Track Key KPIs: Build a KPI tracker that helps understand the input, output and outcome across different products Campaign Planning, Execution, Measurement and Action: Implement growth strategies to optimize user experience, content, messaging, and communications Data-Driven Experiments: Execute A/B tests and other data-driven experiments to drive growth, leveraging insights and analytics. Customer Segmentation: Segment the customer base based on transactional and behavioral features. Design effective outreach programs in the form of marketing campaigns tailored to specific segments. Promotion Campaigns: Drive online promotion campaigns for merchandising on various marketing channels. Category Sale Days: Own the ideation and execution of Category Sale Days and big events promotion Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of sales and campaign performance. Data Analysis: Analyze data to interpret customer purchase behavior and share insights with relevant business teams.
