Job Description
We're looking for a strategic and analytical Product Growth Manager to lead initiatives that drive in-app revenue and product-led growth. You will partner with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and execute high-impact growth experiments that enhance user engagement.
What you'll do:-
- Analyze user behavior and product funnels to identify growth opportunities
- Lead A/B tests, experiments, and data-driven strategies to improve conversions
- Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to drive cross-functional impact
- Build and execute app-focused growth and revenue strategies
- Create PRDs, wireframes, and dashboards to support product development
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for continuous optimization
What we need:-
- 3+ years of experience in product growth, product analytics, or product management
- Experience driving app growth, revenue, or user engagement
- Strong growth mindset with a test-and-learn approach
- Solid understanding of funnel optimization and growth strategy
- Marketing or performance growth experience is a strong advantage
- Skills: SQL, PRD writing, wireframing
