Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes and design solutions.
* Act as internal consultant and design architect for SAP global solution, working with Business Partners.
* Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives.
* Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates.
* Responsible for EMEA, APAC regions and report to ZICC Product Lead or Product Owner.
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and release notes.
* Good understanding of SAP ERP/S4HANA systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
* Engage in continuous performance tuning and reengineering of existing integrations to improve processing efficiency and reduce latency

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Percent of Time

Develop, prototype, test and implement Order Mgt. functionality and integration with other SAP modules like Vistex for pricing, Hybris integration and Service management tools for Order to Cash
Review and analyze solution enhancement requests to determine complexity and provide resource/cost estimates 30%
Direct the oversight, architectural design, and continual optimization of processes pertaining to Order Management and its associated subprocesses. Spearhead the management of designing, maintaining, and upholding the integrity of the Order management Global template across SAP systems. This encompasses Advanced Available-to-Promise (AATP), credit management, pricing strategies, and seamless integration with external platforms such as Hybris and EDI channels 30%
Deliver local statutory requirements for international markets.
Lead design of interfaces, conversion programs, reports, and enhancements troubleshooting errors and proposing effective solutions in the order management process area. Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within Order to cash processes, working collaboratively with internal teams to implement necessary improvements 30%
Occasionally support AMS team in high priority issues and come up with solutions 10%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
* Interacting with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
* Participate in project planning activities, risk assessment, and scheduling for SAP projects.
* Interacting with external vendors or partners who provide software or services that need to be integrated with SAP systems.
* Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis IT landscape.
* Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement integration solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Business management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
* 12+ years of combined SAP O2C experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
* Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred.
* Experience in SAP HANA/Vistex Modules/CRM/Hybris/Salesforce is preferred.
* Domain Expertise in Commercial Processes and solutions, Order Management and integration with upstream planning and downstream logistics processes
* Solid grasp of indirect sales processing
* Knowledge and experience with Bio Device, Diagnostics device and service processes and solutions, as required to support all team leads.
* Experience with GATP, GTS, DMR and Vistex
* Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Planning, Intercompany sales, Finance, and Logistics are fundamental.
* Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, international projects, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations.
* Experience participating in complex SAP implementation and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
* Identify, propose, and influence technology solutions to build and maintain the optimal data and infrastructure architecture to support the reporting requirements.
* Experience with configuration of SAP ECC 6.0, CS, and SD modules in several or all of the following areas:
o Master Data, Equipment, Material Serial profile, Functional Location and Warranties
o Service Notification and Service Order
o Sales order ATP process
o Pricing
o Resource Related Billing (RRB)
o Periodic and Milestone billing
o Customer Leasing and integration with Finance
o Knowledge of Variant configuration is a plus
o Working knowledge of SM/CS integration with CRM tools such as SFDC
o Hands on experience in identifying and working through O2C User Exits and directing ABAP developers. Ability to debug as needed.
o Extensive experience with configuration of SAP ECC/S/4 6.0 SD modules in several or all of the following areas:
Master Data
Pricing, Vistex
Order Management
Logistics and Execution
Billing and Account Receivables
GATP
Foreign Trade
GTS
Deduction and Collection Management
EDI
Batch Management

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Regular working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
