About the role
ERP TechOps Operation Lead role requires successful candidate to be responsible for keeping ERP landscape available, up-to-date, performant secure.
Candidate must possess strong technical operational expertise to handle all technical aspects across ERP landscape stack (Application, Database Operating System). This includes handling incidents, problems, change service request.
Key responsibilities
- Technical Support design of the ERP Technology solutions (Predominantly SAP).
- Ensuring that all SAP solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations. This role involves developing measures, contributing to the Security Compliance Index, and providing guidance and technical support to product teams.
- To guide and promotes optimal use of technology to support the cost-effective delivery of business requirements within their area of expertise.
- To support delivery and sustain of the complex applications and business capabilities.
- Regularly review risks, compliance parameters, and metrics, supporting deployment and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure timely review of vulnerability reports and support deployment/remediation.
- Supports the integration of solutions with various technologies
- Supports and influences the technical activity (design, build, testing) in complex environment.
- Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements
- Support Partner Governance team to ensure the appropriate KPIs are defined and quality of service from our partners
- Provides guidance, directions and, if needed, technical support to product teams, mentoring and sharing technology knowledge with the teams
- Working on Audit needs (technical Auditors) and SOX compliance across the landscape
Qualifications and skills
- Experience leading teams and balancing conflicting priorities
- Minimum 15+ years SAP Basis hands on and Technical Architecture experience required
- Must have played an SAP BASIS Lead role for a large (50+ instances) SAP Environment.

- Azure Hosting
- DB - Oracle, HANA
- Netweaver
- SAP PI/PO
- SAP Solution Manager
- SAP GRC
- Ability to manage escalation at Director level
- Effectively able to communicate and influence technical discussions with senior management, when necessary, demonstrate leadership skills.
- Azure Compute Management (Linux, Compute Managed Disk)
- Working on Audit needs (technical Auditors) and SOX compliance across the landscape
- Managing vulnerability for SAP Landscape
