- ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
- Responsible to create road map and delivery of services related to RPA and identify areas across Bank's internal process to bring efficiency by automating existing processes through RPA
- Responsible to oversee the usage of existing RPA processes and stakeholder engagement for its continuity
- Perform feasibility and ROI study of process before it recommended to automate it
Internal Process
- Understand the various processes and perform suitable analysis working with internal teams to bring the requirement on the product roadmap.
- Evaluate usage of current tool for the process to be automated.
- Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation, planning, working with other teams such as IT, go-live and future enhancements by working with a cross-functional team IT, compliance, business, security, legal, finance etc.
- Design SOP for entire RPA activity at the Bank and define roles and responsibilities of department involved in entire RPA project
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- MBA in Marketing / Finance / IT or equivalent degree
- 46-year experience across automation and RPA products
- Experience as RPA expert
- Working knowledge one or more RPA tool
- Understanding processes and models
- Writing business requirements for automation
