Job Title: Product Experience QA Lead

Role Overview
We are hiring a Product Experience QA Lead to own the end-to-end quality, usability, and polish of our platforms across Experience.com and VOCE.
This role sits within Product across VOCE & Experience.com and is responsible for ensuring that everything we ship is not only functional—but intuitive, complete, and aligned with how users actually engage.
This is not a traditional QA role.
This is a hands-on, product-driven position focused on elevating the entire user experience through rigorous validation, iteration, and refinement.
What You'll Own
You will serve as the final layer between product development and executive review—ensuring that every experience meets a high standard of clarity, usability, and completeness. This role closes the gap between: we shipped it and it actually works for users.
You will independently audit product areas, identify friction, and drive improvements—without waiting for direction.
You will test and evaluate full user journeys, not just features, ensuring that every path through the product makes sense to real users.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Experience Validation
You will deeply test every feature, flow, and user journey after development is complete, identifying gaps in usability, logic, and experience cohesion.
Fit & Finish Ownership
You will own the last mile of product quality, ensuring that every release feels complete, intuitive, and ready for real users—not just technically functional.
Solution Design & Prototyping
You will not only identify issues—you will propose solutions.
Using tools like Lovable or similar AI-based builders, you will rebuild and refine flows to clearly demonstrate how experiences should work.
Continuous Product Iteration
You will operate in ongoing cycles—auditing, improving, and revisiting product areas over time.
Each week, you will focus on specific areas, ensuring the entire platform is continuously elevated.
Data-Informed Prioritization
You will use engagement data and user behavior to guide where to focus your QA efforts—identifying underperforming areas and improving them.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure issues are understood, prioritized, and resolved effectively.
