Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven
Product Executive for SuperGrads CAT who understands the CAT ecosystem deeply and can translate insights into academic delivery, student experience, and growth outcomes. This role blends product thinking, academic understanding, student psychology, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Academic & Product Execution
Plan and manage
academic calendars, events, and weekly schedules around CAT and other MBA entrance exams.
Coordinate
lecture planning, mentor allocation, doubt sessions, workshops, and masterclasses.
Work closely with faculty teams to ensure
smooth academic delivery and timely execution of learning modules.
- Student Experience & Insight
Understand
student psychology, learning behaviours, and exam readiness, translating insights into product improvements.
Plan and manage
student engagement, orientation sessions, and performance tracking cadences.
Gather and analyse student feedback with strong, timely follow-ups.
Ensure strong
follow-through with zero loose ends.
Maintain accurate
attendance, performance dashboards, and student communication loops.
Track execution progress and drive accountability across academic and ops teams.
- Competitor & Market Understanding
Conduct structured
competitor analysis across CAT & MBA prep pedagogy, pricing, content formats, and product positioning.
Present insights regularly and recommend improvements to stay ahead of the market.
- Content & Social Media Collaboration
Coordinate with
communications & social media teams for content that resonates with student needs.
Contribute to
academic updates, success stories, and exam-related insights for digital channels.
Eligibility Criteria
Baby IIM graduate (2023/2024/2025) OR
CAT 85+ percentile achieved in the last 2 years.
Strong understanding of
CAT, OMETs, MBA admissions, and management prep landscape.
Excellent
communication, planning, and follow-up skills.
Strong analytical capability with
Excel proficiency being a major plus (data tracking, dashboards, batch insights, academic metrics).
Ability to work from the
Bhopal office (offline role).
Willingness to join
before 1st January 2026.
