Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer with experience in VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) to support productivity and cost optimization initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for executing VAVE projects, supporting teardown analysis, and contributing to idea generation activities for building the productivity pipeline for 2027 28. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute VAVE projects from concept to implementation.
- Support teardown analysis and benchmarking activities.
- Identify cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and execution strategies.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and idea generation activities.
- Drive implementation of approved VAVE ideas and monitor outcomes.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and engineering best practices.
