The Demo Team is responsible for building, deploying, and integrating Temenos products with exchange providers and third-party systems to create state-of-the-art, out-of-the-box demo journeys that support BSG's global sales opportunities, including Proof of Concepts (POCs). We're seeking a passionate and driven engineer who thrives on delivering cutting-edge, high-impact demo experiences and continuously seeks ways to improve and innovate.

Key Responsibilities

Build and Configuration of Temenos Products for Demo System

  • Install and configure Temenos banking products (core banking modules, digital banking solutions) specifically for demo purposes.
  • Customize product parameters, workflows, and interfaces to showcase features tailored for prospective client demonstrations with Dev coordination.
  • Follow best practices for demo environment setup ensuring ease of upgrade and repeatability.

Management of Application Servers and Cloud Areas for Demos

  • Manage application servers and cloud infrastructure hosting demo environments.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security compliance.
  • Coordinate resources to optimize demo system uptime and responsiveness.

Coordinate with Development Teams for Demo System Support

  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure the demo system is aligned with the latest software builds and features.
  • Report and troubleshoot demo system issues escalating where necessary.
  • Participate in planning sessions for demo environment changes or enhancements.

Support Upgrade of Demo Environments

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute environmental upgrades in line with new releases of Temenos products.
  • Validate upgraded demo systems through functional and performance testing.
  • Maintain documentation for upgrade procedures to ensure smooth replication.

Support Data Injection for Sales Demo

  • Load and inject demo data sets (customer data, transactions, balances) to prepare demo system for sales presentations.
  • Utilize automation scripts or APIs for efficient data loading and cleansing.
  • Ensure demo data reflects realistic banking scenarios for enhanced client engagement.

Prepare and Share Demo Guide/Documents to Sales Team

  • Develop comprehensive demo guides and supporting documents explaining demo system functionality, scenarios, and usage instructions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to tailor demo scripts to client needs.
  • Provide collateral and support materials for effective demo delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in deployment and maintenance of FinTech or banking products.
  • Experience with Temenos core banking products, preferably with demo or sandbox environment configuration.
  • Technical expertise in installation, configuration, and management of banking software on application servers and cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of banking product structures, workflows, and customization.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Scripting or API experience for data injection and automation.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to prepare training materials and guides.
  • Knowledge of software upgrade and change management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, solution-driven, and proactive in seeking process improvements and automation opportunities.
