Founded by IIT and IIM alumni, we develop massively scalable, AI-powered automation platforms that enable local businesses to manage customer interactions, optimize local SEO, and automate revenue recovery. Backed by the IT Ministry of Karnataka as an ELEVATE Karnataka winner and officially incubated at NASSCOM, Zolilo is building enterprise-grade software tailored specifically for the Indian market. Role Overview Weare seeking a highly empathetic, technically sharp Product Engineer to own the front-end user experience of our SaaS platform. In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between our core technology and our clients. You will use our proprietary low-code automation engine to design, build, and deploy intelligent WhatsApp conversational flows, manage CRM data architecture, and lead technical product demonstrations for local business owners. We are looking for candidates who can join us at this early stage and grow into product managers. More than anything we are looking for enthusiastic people who have a willingness to learn and can hustle to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities
Conversational Design & Architecture: Design and build complex, dynamic chatbot logic (if/then branching, variable routing, and tagging) using visual, node-based automation builders.
Industry-Specific Solutions: Architect master templates and customized automated workflows tailored to specific niches (e.g., automated appointment booking flows for clinics or lead generation menus for gyms).
API&MetaCompliance: Write, submit, and manage highly effective WhatsApp Message Templates, ensuring strict adherence to Meta's API guidelines and approval processes.
Client Onboarding & Demos: Lead technical, live-screen product demonstrations for potential clients, translating complex automation concepts into clear, revenue-generating business value.
Product Iteration: Act as the primary feedback loop between our clients and our engineering team, analyzing user interactions within the CRM to continuously optimize the chatbot experience.

Requirements
Education: Recent graduate (B.Tech, BE, BCA, BBA, or equivalent) with a strong blend of technical logic and business acumen.
Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of software logic (variables, conditions, webhooks) and experience using low-code/no-code platforms, CRM systems, or visual workflow builders.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You must be completely comfortable speaking on camera, running Zoom demonstrations, and explaining technology to non-technical business owners.
User-Centric Mindset: A strong sense of UX/UI principles, specifically regarding conversational design and how users interact with text-based interfaces.
ProblemSolving: Highly organized and capable of managing complex visual workflows without letting the architecture become messy or broken.

Compensation & Career Progression
Internship Phase (Months 13): 15,000 per month stipend.

Full-Time Transition: Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship and successful performance review, the role will transition to a permanent Product Engineer position with a CTC of 3-4 LPA (based on Performance)
