Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and author build plans and fabrication processes for aircraft electrical wire harnesses
Design and define structured manufacturing workflows for wire harness assembly and installation
Assist in preparing detailed work instructions for installing wire harnesses and electrical components in aircraft panels and assemblies
Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate implementation of wiring designs
Provide hands-on support on the shop floor for wiring, harness assembly, and cable routing activities
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and aerospace manufacturing guidelines
Support troubleshooting and resolution of assembly and installation issues during production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and process accuracy
