Role Summary
Toprankers is seeking a high-impact
Product Director Growth to own the end-to-end growth, product strategy, and market leadership of
Creative Edge, our design and creative aptitude test-prep vertical.
This role sits at the intersection of
product management, growth strategy, academics/content, marketing, and revenue. The incumbent will be responsible for building category-defining offerings, scaling enrollments, improving unit economics, and driving sustainable growth across online, offline, and hybrid product lines.
The ideal candidate is a
P&L-minded product leader who combines strong analytical rigor with creative intuition, deep customer empathy, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
Define and own the
3-year product vision and growth roadmap for Creative Edge across all formats (online, offline, hybrid, test series, mentorship, premium cohorts).
Identify new
product opportunities, pricing models, bundles, and premiumization levers to expand revenue and LTV.
Drive continuous improvement of product-market fit through data, student feedback, and outcome tracking.
Launch new offerings aligned with upcoming exam patterns (NIFT, NID, UCEED, CEED, BFA entrances, etc.).
- Revenue Growth & P&L Accountability
Own
top-line growth, profitability, and contribution margin for the Creative Edge vertical.
Set quarterly and annual
revenue, enrollment, and retention targets.
Optimize pricing, discounts, and offer structures to balance growth with margins.
Improve
CAC:LTV ratios through better product positioning and conversion funnels.
Work closely with finance to forecast demand and track business health metrics.
- User Growth, Conversion & Retention
Drive
full-funnel growth: acquisition activation conversion retention referrals.
Partner with marketing to design
high-converting funnels, lead magnets, webinars, trials, and free tools.
Use cohort analysis, funnel analytics, and experimentation (A/B testing) to improve:
Lead-to-enrollment conversion
Trial-to-paid conversion
Course completion rates
Repeat purchase and referrals
Own student experience metrics: NPS, CSAT, completion %, outcomes.
- Academics & Content Excellence
Ensure
error-free, high-quality, outcome-driven content (mirroring Toprankers 360 product philosophy).
Work With Academic Heads To
Standardize curriculum frameworks
Improve mock/test quality and difficulty benchmarking
Enhance explanations, video analysis, and mentorship layers
Introduce
AI-enabled personalization and adaptive learning features where relevant.
Maintain strong academic credibility and exam relevance.

Institutionalize
product discovery, roadmap reviews, sprint cadences, and growth rituals.

Drive compliance with Toprankers PMS, documentation, and reporting standards.
