We are building the next generation of its global mobility platform, technology that processes over 500K tax cases, 250K visa applications, and 500K business travel assessments each year. This role sits at the center of enterprise workflow automation, applied AI, and large‑scale operational transformation. We are establishing a new product leadership hub in Bangalore, and this position will play a foundational role in shaping the product, team, culture, and AI‑driven capabilities of our platform. This is a high‑impact, 0-1 opportunity for a product leader passionate about complex workflows, AI‑enabled digital experiences, and building teams from the ground up.
What You'll Own
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core domain within Vialto's global mobility platform.
- Build and lead cross‑functional product pods (engineering, AI/ML, data, design) in Bangalore.
- Initial build: one pod of 5 engineers
- Rapid expansion to a second pod
- Drive product discovery, experimentation, and prototyping using data insights, user research, and iterative development.
- Translate complex immigration, tax, and mobility workflows into intelligent, AI‑powered platform capabilities.
- Identify and embed opportunities for automation, LLM-driven enhancements, and intelligent workflows.
- Partner closely with global engineering and product leaders in the US and UK. Influence the broader platform strategy as we transition to a unified Global Work Cloud architecture.
- Operate hands‑on early, hiring the team, shaping processes, and establishing a strong product culture.

Experience- 8–10+ years of product management experience, ideally in:
- Enterprise platforms
- Workflow automation tools
- SaaS or internal systems
- Regulated or professional services environments
- Proven success defining strategy and shipping high‑impact digital products.
- Experience working with AI/ML, LLM-driven capabilities, intelligent workflows, and data-driven experimentation.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience; engineering, AI, design, and data.
- Hands-on builder mindset; experience creating or scaling product teams from early stages.
- Operating in ambiguity, simplifying complexity, and driving clarity.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to influence global stakeholders across time zones.
- Strong problem‑solving instincts and domain learning agility.
Tools & Technologies (Preferred)
- Experience with AI/LLM frameworks and workflow automation
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma / Figma Make) Exposure to AI development frameworks (e.g., BMAD)
- Comfort working with modern engineering and data stacks
- Use of Copilot or similar productivity/AI tools
