Product Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs for the talent experience management platform.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize and maintain the performance of existing backend systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to support team growth and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Experience with database design, management, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
