Job Description

Job Requirements
  • Design and build NLP models and pipelines for production use
  • Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate ML/DL models for language tasks
  • Apply transformers, embeddings, and LLM-based approaches to real problems
  • Translate business needs into scalable ML solutions
  • Deploy and monitor models in production environments
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to ML best practices
  • Build AI Agents


Work Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning with strong NLP focus
  • Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks
  • Solid understanding of NLP techniques and transformer-based models
  • Experience deploying ML models into production
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills
  • Strong experience training deep learning models (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
  • Knowledge of model optimization, tuning, and scaling
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience building RAG pipelines, prompt workflows, or AI agents
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
