The Opportunity

Join our Data Science & Algorithms team as a core contributor building the engine that powers our platform. In this role, you won't just build models in a vacuum you will work alongside PhD-level scientists and veteran engineers to solve unsolved problems in information extraction and probabilistic matching. This is a high-impact position where your code directly influences our product's evolution and scales to meet the demands of a rapidly growing global user base.

What You Will Do

• Architect & Innovate: Design and deploy sophisticated ML models, focusing on Information Extraction and Probabilistic Matching to unlock value from complex datasets.
• Scale for Growth: Take existing algorithms and re-engineer them for massive scale, ensuring our platform remains performant as data volume surges.
• Bridge Research & Production: Translate the latest breakthroughs in NLP and Deep Learning into tangible product features and new user experiences.
• Collaborate Broadly: Act as a technical linchpin between PhD Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Management to tackle challenges head-on in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Shape the Future: Participate in strategic discussions to influence the long-term roadmap of our data-driven services.

What You Bring

• The Foundation: 4-7 years of industry experience with a BTech, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• The Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala. You are a solid engineer who writes production-ready code.
• Mathematical Rigor: A deep-rooted understanding of statistics, probability, and advanced data analytics.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience with NLP algorithms and Deep Learning frameworks, specifically applied to Information Extraction.
• Big Data Fluency: Hands-on experience building and productionizing end-to-end systems using Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
