Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and optimize mechanical and electrical products from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing support within a fast-paced engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development from concept design to mass production. Work closely with cross-functional teams-mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing-to ensure design feasibility. Create and review CAD models, 2D drawings, and BOMs using design tools. Conduct design validation, testing, and failure analysis to ensure quality and compliance. Support DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure cost-effective and scalable designs. Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of product design and development lifecycle. Hands-on experience with CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX). Understanding of DFMEA, DFM/DFA, tolerance stack-up analysis, and GD&T. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping methods. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Good to Have: Experience in automotive, medical devices, or industrial product development. Exposure to PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill). Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards (ISO, ASME, etc.). Skills: Product Design, CAD (Creo/SolidWorks/CATIA), DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T, Manufacturing, Tolerance Analysis, PLM, Testing, Prototyping, Documentation, Cross-Functional Collaboration
