Location: Bangalore
Job Overview: Lead end-to-end strategy, design and execution of innovative insurance products, ensuring market relevance, regulatory compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders on gathering requirements with regard to new product filing / revision of product
- Preparing IRDAI filing documents as per prevailing IRDAI guidelines
- Ensuring compliance as per product filing guidelines and product approval
- Maintaining record of documents of approved products
- Preparing various reports to be submitted to IRDAI
- Coordinating with Marketing team for designing Marketing Material
- Closely monitor the competitor products being launched in the market
Eligibility:
- Knowledge of General Insurance
- Good communication skills - Written and Verbal
- Well versed with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience in product development / non-motor underwriting
- Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute of India will be preferred
