What would you be doing
We're growing at 100% QoQ and need someone who can design learning experiences that work for millions of users in Tier 2/3 India.
- AI-first product design: Design interfaces for AI-powered personalization, smart content discovery, and conversational tutors. Make LLM features feel magical even on a Rs. 6,000 phone with spotty internet.
- Ship features that move metrics: Design for 2M users today, 50M tomorrow. Reduce friction in key flows (onboarding, discovery, checkout) to drive completion, conversion rates and retention across the product.
- Build design systems that scale: Create component libraries that let us ship 2x faster without compromising quality. Design patterns that work across 50+ screens and multiple categories (Social, Beauty, Fashion, Nutrition, Digital).
- Data-driven iteration: Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings to find and fix UX bottlenecks. Design with instrumentation baked in. Every design decision should move a metric you care about.
- Mobile-first for Bharat: Design for low bandwidth, diverse devices, multilingual users. Create accessible experiences that work across literacy levels. Make complex features feel simple.
What makes you a suitable candidate
Experience:
- 2-5 years designing consumer products at high-growth startups (edtech, social, fintech preferred).
- Experience building design systems for multi-platform products
- Mobile-first expertise with deep knowledge of iOS/Android patterns.
- Strong visual design, typography and layout skills.
Mindset:
- You ship outcomes, not just designs. Business impact > pretty pixels.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
