We're looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging and high-converting experiences for our consumer gaming products.
This role sits at the intersection of UX, UI, behavioral design, gamification and growth. You will design end-to-end player journeys that drive activation, retention and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Design
- Own the design process from problem discovery wireframes prototypes final UI.
- Create intuitive, scalable and delightful mobile-first experiences.
- Translate complex flows (payments, gameplay, KYC) into simple user journeys.
User Experience & Research
- Conduct user research, usability testing and competitor analysis.
- Identify friction in key funnels (onboarding, deposits, gameplay).
- Continuously improve player journeys using data and feedback.
UI & Interaction Design
- Design high-quality visual interfaces aligned with brand and design system.
- Create micro-interactions, motion and feedback for engaging gameplay UX.
- Maintain and evolve the design system.
Growth & Conversion Design
- Optimize funnels for:
- Activation
- Retention
- Monetization
- Collaborate with Product & Data teams on A/B testing and experiments.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ship high-quality features.
- Participate in design reviews and cross-functional planning.
Must Have Skills
- 28 years of Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing consumer mobile apps or gaming products.
- Expertise in:
- UX flows and interaction design
- Visual design and typography
- Mobile-first design principles
- Experience with Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design systems and usability principles.
Good to Have
- Experience in gaming, fintech, social apps or marketplaces.
- Understanding of gamification and behavioral psychology.
- Experience with motion design / micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation
