Key Responsibilities
- Be an active design voice across product, engineering, and marketing, turning requirements into clean user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens.
- Lead design brainstorming sessions, sketch rough concepts, rapidly iterate, and help shape the product direction.
- Map out end-to-end user journeys and interaction models for web and mobile.
- Own and evolve our design system, maintain component libraries, and ensure visual consistency across every touchpoint.
- Create micro-interactions, animated prototypes, and Lottie animations that bring our product to life and delight users.
- Produce motion graphics and short explainer assets that make complex investment concepts feel simple and approachable.
- Design social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral that uphold our clean, minimal brand aesthetic.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to ideate faster, generate visual options, and accelerate the exploration phase of every project.
- Participate in user research and usability testing; synthesise findings into actionable design improvements.
Key Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in product design or UI/UX, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking and interaction craft.
- A portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, polished UI, motion work
- Deep proficiency in Figma components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.
- Experience with motion design tools, After Effects, Lottie / DotLottie workflows, and animated micro-interactions within products.
- Prior background in illustration, graphic design, or basic video editing (Premiere Pro or equivalent) is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of your design process
- Strong product sensibility can articulate design decisions clearly.
