What You Get to Do:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to contribute to product requirements and user stories.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and designs to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Creative design thinking approach with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of design systems and maintaining design components.
- Incorporate data and metrics into the design process to evaluate and improve design solutions.
- Develop and maintain information architecture and prototyping deliverables that push the boundaries of incredible experience using Figma.
- Define innovative user interfaces that result in improved user experience/productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping exceptional digital product experiences as part of a cross-functional team (partnering closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders).
- Portfolio site (with case studies) showing experience designing and shipping functionally rich yet easy-to-use (consumer-grade) B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise tools — e.g., dashboards, control panels, data management/configuration systems, external integrations management, or admin portals.
- High proficiency in Figma and Figma Make, with deep experience working with and contributing to design systems (component libraries, tokens, documentation, etc.).
- Experience designing through complex data processing products.
- Strong grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping, with a focus on scalable patterns and cohesive design logic.
- Comfort working in iterative, agile environments, collaborating through discovery, exploration, validation, and delivery phases.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to clearly present design rationale, lead critiques, and build alignment across disciplines.
- Working knowledge of UX research methods, and ability to integrate insights into design direction and prioritization.
- Systems thinker who brings empathy, structure, and polish to complex enterprise tools — designing experiences that feel as simple and human as consumer apps.
