Product Designer

Location: Bangalore | Type: Full-time | Hybrid

Wozku is a B2B SaaS platform that helps enterprise marketing teams get more leads from every event they run. We work with companies like Red Hat, Splunk, Netskope, and Salesforce - turning their employees, partners, and community members into an always-on distribution engine for campaigns and events.

We're a small, fast team. Every person here ships work that matters.

We're looking for a product designer who doesn't stop at the mockup. You'll own how Wozku looks and feels - from the marketing site to the product UI—and you'll build what you design in React.

This isn't a design it and hand it off role. There is no handoff. You design it, you code it, you ship it.

• Design and build pages for wozku.com—landing pages, campaign pages, blog templates, feature pages
• Own the Wozku design system—components, tokens, spacing, typography—and keep it consistent across marketing and product surfaces
• Build responsive, production-ready React components
• Design and prototype product UI improvements in collaboration with the engineering team
• Translate complex B2B concepts into clear, visually sharp interfaces
• Move fast. We ship weekly, not quarterly

Design skills (non-negotiable)

• Strong visual design sense - layout, typography, color, spacing
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS (enterprise buyer aesthetics, not consumer flash)
• Comfortable with Figma as the primary design tool
• Can design a full page from a brief, not just arrange components from a library

Code skills (non-negotiable)

• Proficient in React (functional components, hooks, state management)
• Solid HTML/CSS - flexbox, grid, responsive breakpoints
• Experience with Tailwind CSS (strongly preferred)
• Familiar with Next.js or willing to pick it up immediately
• Can read a codebase, understand the structure, and contribute without breaking things

Bonus

• Motion/animation (Framer Motion, CSS transitions)
• Headless CMS experience (MDX, Contentlayer, or similar)
• SEO awareness as it relates to page structure and performance
• Has built or maintained a design system before
• Illustration or iconography skills

• Designers who need a developer to implement their work

• People who need detailed specs for every pixel—you should have opinions and make decisions
• Portfolio full of template-based or AI-generated work
