What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end visual and interaction design of INDmoney's web experiences.
- Design high-quality, responsive web interfaces that are intuitive, scalable, and performance-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to translate business and user needs into elegant web solutions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specs for web features and flows.
- Ensure design consistency and pixel-perfect execution across browsers and screen sizes.
- Contribute to and evolve INDmoney's design system, reusable components, and web patterns.
- Use data, usability testing, and user feedback to refine designs and measure post-launch impact.
- Advocate for web usability, accessibility, and design best practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience as a Web Designer or Product Designer with strong web-focused work.
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web design, with clear design thinking and outcomes.
- Deep understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, grids, typography, and accessibility.
- High proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, components, variants, prototyping).
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, hierarchy, spacing, and consistency.
- Ability to simplify complex financial information into clear, user-friendly web interfaces.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skillsable to explain and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
- Prior experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy consumer products.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern web development constraints.
- Experience with micro-interactions, motion design, or web animations.
- Hands-on experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Understanding of performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-friendly design.
