We're on the lookout for a talented Product Designer with 23 years of experience someone who lives at the intersection of creativity and systems thinking. You'll help shape intuitive, beautiful user experiences that solve real problems. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you'll turn ideas into polished designs that our users will love.
This role is perfect for a designer who's obsessed with the details, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to grow.
What You'll Do
- Design elegant, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile (iOS & Android)
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Present your work with clarity, confidence, and openness to feedback
- Work side-by-side with PMs, developers, and marketers to bring ideas to life
- Stay in the loop with the latest design trends, platform guidelines, and UX best practices
- Champion a design culture rooted in craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of hands-on product design experience
- A strong portfolio (hosted on your website or Behance) that showcases your design process
- Proficiency with Figma and a sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Basic understanding of mobile platform guidelines (iOS & Android)
- Excellent communication skills you can explain your design decisions and welcome feedback
- Formal education in design or a background in front-end design
- A bias for action you move quickly without compromising on quality
- Detail-oriented, but flexible enough to iterate fast based on feedback or data
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of challenges
Bonus Points For
- Animation or motion design chops
- Experience with Framer or other no-code tools
- An understanding of generative AI concepts
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Side projects, open-source contributions, or involvement in design communities
